Empanelment of Consulting Firms/Companies for Preparation of Value-Addition Reports, Carrying out Due Diligence, Equity Valuation and Legal Documentation of Start Ups and MSMEs
National Research Development Corporation (NRDC), an Enterprise of the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, is wholly dedicated to the development, promotion, and commercialization of new and novel technologies. Its basic charter involves technical, commercial and financial measures needed for closing gaps in the “innovation chain” through which an idea, invention, or process is converted into a product in the market.
The Corporation is now recognized as a large repository of more than 2500 active technologies spread over almost all areas of industries, viz., Agriculture, Food and Agro-processing, Chemicals including Pesticides, Drugs and Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Metallurgy, Electronics and Instrumentation, Building Materials, Mechanical, Waste utilization, etc.
Besides technology licensing, the Corporation has also been carrying out many other related activities for providing services to the entrepreneurs, startups, and MSMEs. Some of these are conducting pre-investment studies, Preparation of Feasibility / Project reports, market survey reports, Basic and Detailed Engineering, organizing IPR awareness programs, IP filing, industry meets, technology valuation studies, TRL assessments, design services, systems engineering services, etc.
NRDC desires to set up a panel of market intelligence / consulting companies / firms to undertake the following works:
A. Preparation of the following value-addition reports of novel technologies
i) Market Survey Reports (MS)
ii) Basic Engineering Design Package (BEDP)
iii) Feasibility Reports
iv) Socio Economic Impact Assessments (SEIA)
v) Detailed Project Reports (DPR)
B. Carryout Due Diligence, Valuation and Legal Documentation of Start-ups and MSMEs
