This technology relates to the development of polymeric seed coats with the azadirachtin-A for improving the shelf life and germination of seeds and enhancing the overall seed quality, plant viability and vigour. Prevents the fungal / nematode/insect infestation that is a pest for the agronomic plant and against which a meliacin compound has bio activity.
