Brief About Innovation
Stretch silk yarn used for weaving fabric has the unique capability to stretch. The stretch can be varied depending on the requirement. This stretch concept in silk fabric increases the boundary of the silk garments and upholstery. The stretch fabrics are available in crepe, georgette, dupion, satin crepe, Indian dupion and soft silk in plain, jacquard and printed fabrics with various stretch percentages. The advantages of stretch silk are enhanced comfort, easier maintenance, crease resistance, imparting flexibility to fabric structure and gives fashion appeal.
